The Haven New England is routinely able to work with most commercial insurance policies. If you have a specific question about an insurance policy or coverage, one of our admissions counselors would be happy to help.
What are your private pay rates?
Our rates are dependent upon the needs of the individual and the medical severity. If you or a loved one is seeking treatment at a competitive private pay rate, we are able to work with you. Please contact our Admissions Department at (844) 933-4145 for a comprehensive list of options.
How do I get admitted?
Admission to our detox facility can be easily arranged by contacting one of our Admissions Counselors at (844) 933-4145. They can assist with insurance verifications and payment questions. A pre-admission screening over the phone is required prior to admission. We can facilitate same day admissions when needed.
What should I bring to treatment?
We want you to be comfortable and feel at home during your stay at our facility. Please bring comfortable clothes. We provide all necessary toiletries and linens. We request that no products that contain alcohol are brought to the facility as they will not be allowed beyond our lobby.
Should I Bring My Medications to Rehab?
Please bring a list of all medications, including dosages, and any known allergies to medications. We have access to a complete pharmacy. Our medical staff can prescribe and manage your medications during your stay.
